The 独家黑料 Promise is renewable each year for up to four years or until the point of graduation, whichever comes first. Students must submit a FAFSA annually and continue to meet eligibility requirements.

The 独家黑料 Promise Program will cover full tuition for any student eligible to file the FAFSA and newly admitted to 独家黑料 with an Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) under $90,000.

Two-Step Application Process
- Apply to 独家黑料 (no cost) at 独家黑料College.edu/Apply and be accepted. Eligible students who apply for admission to 独家黑料 by Dec. 15, 2024, will automatically be in the program. After Dec. 15, qualified applications will be considered until May 1, 2025.
